been the digitization of communications to provide digital communication services
including digital voice, message, and mobile internet (data) services. In physical layer
technologies for cellular systems, digital modulation and multiplexing schemes
abandoned
the use of constant envelope signals, since spectrum efficiency with nonconstant
envelope signals is given a higher priority than power efficiency with the
constant envelope signals. In this scenario, linear modulations, code‐division multiplexing,
